Company having only agriculture income.

Hi Everyone
I have a query.
Suppose A ONE PERSON COMPANY is doing business of agriculture , all the income generated to the company are from agriculture business only.
such INCOME is taxable or not ?
pls provide me your valuable guidance.

It is agricultural income if it is not rubber or tea cultivation.
