23 September 2012 Dear Expert, I wanna know that there is no any amendment in company act 1956 since 1956 till date except in year 2006? Because I found only Company (Amendment) Act, 2006.

Please tell me at urgent.

In Companies Act, 1956 every year lots of changes made therein.

I will suggest you to purchase Bare Act of Corporate Law from CS Institute for current update.
