Whether companies act, 2013 is applicable for November 2014 CA Final Exam?

no clarification from ICAI yet. However, highly likely that ICAI will include some provisions of the C0mpanies Act 2013 in Nov 14. Wait for the notification though.

it is yet not notified by ICAI , so it is advisable to keep frequently visiting icai webiste and update yourself.
