Hi ..companies act 13 'll apply Nov 2014 final exam ?

It is very much likely that it will be applicable but no notification as yet by ICAI in this regard. SO wait for the notification of ICAI.

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
