11 February 2012 Can proprietorship HUF firm show income from Commission or brokerage or not ?
If proprietorship huf firm only have income from commission business then what can we do?

11 February 2012 Its a challenging situation to have commission income in a HUF firm.. as the nexus is difficult to establish as to who earns it ..

Should the business of the HUF firm be such as commission agency.. then it shall not be a issue.. but one lump sum commission which is got from not the regular business .. it is kind of difficult to explain at the time of assessments..
