If it is ur personal income then u can't. Means if bill is raised in ur name then it is taxable for u. But if it is in HUF name then u can take it.

Dear Dixit,
Income tax act doesn't provide for separate treatment of different types of assessees except for certain specific provisions. For HUF there is none as far as how you record the income.
