3.Now I got the certificate of Incorporation where in it is shown that the company is PRIVATE LIMITED
whereas I want that the class of co be "PUBLIC" IN CERTIFICATE OF INCORPOIRATION INSTAED OF "PRIVATE".SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT SO THAT I WILL GET NEW CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION WITH THE CLASS OF CO.AS 'public"co.
Now, you will comply the provisions of status change from private to public. The ROC has not made any mistake. It is automatic procedure of selecting Name. You have mentioned the detail on Form-1 and on the basis of Form-1 the ROC has issued COI in such name.
When you have filed Form-1A if you shown it is Private then in all Form it will be Private because after approval of name through concern SRN.
On the basis of SRN your proposed company name will display on Form-1,18 and 32.
