Clarification on exemptin

10 May 2011 Pls, help me on the below mentioned matter.
I got 60 in Corporate Law in May-10 & 65 in MAFA in Nov-10 (40 in accounts & 29 in Auding in same attempt) then will I eligible to claim MAFA paper as exempt in May 11 attempt. I calimed that paper as exempt & not appeared for the same in May 11 CA Final Exam.
Give me calrification on the same. Its very urgent.

25 May 2012 Once a student has obtained an exemption in one or more of the papers in a group, he is NOT eligible for exemption in any other paper of that group.

Accordingly you are NOT eligible for exemption in MAFA.
