Dear
I have query on Children education allowance exemption of Rs.100/- PM per child.
if the child is studying out of India, would the father (assessee) get deduction of Rs.100/-PM.
Regarding Tution Fees deduction U/S80C, it is allowed only for INDIA but what about children education allowance.

This has not been mentioned under CEA that whether it is allowed only when child is in india, therefore in my opinion there should not be any restriction on exemption claim of this CEA.
