agar june month ke payment ka cheque present na hua ho 2nd party ki taraf se tb hm march me kya entry karege

if you issue ch. in june -2013 till date not clear that's your question
as per RBI any can not clear after 3 month from the date of issue.
so you have to make reverse entry after 3 month of issue of cheque.
