Whether whole-time director become the chief financial officer in the same company? if yes what is the procedure for that?

Yes. A whole-time director can also be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
The whole-time director can be appointed as the CFO by means of a resolution of the Board containing the terms and conditions of the appointment including the remuneration.
