04 July 2017 what will be the impact of gst on CA.. If they supply inter-state services, they have to take gst registration. They have to charge gst even if below it's turnover of rs 20 lacs.. my query is how they will. charge gst to local customers and how they will issue invoices as there will be lots of cash transactions involved

04 July 2017 Yes you are right If they supply inter-state services, they have to take gst registration, they have to charge gst even if below it's turnover of rs 20 lacs. Being registered under gst they have to charge gst to local customers. Tax invoice has to be issued and no problem in accepting cash up to 10000.

04 July 2017 thanks sir... one more question... suppose some customers come and pay only RS 500-1000 for works done, how on this small amount I will charge GST. further more, if I will start charging GST on these small receivables, people will not come
