A public charitable was formed some years back. It has a capital of only 2 lakhs. It has a PAN card. We wish to change the name of the trust. Is it possible? How to do it? Whether the nsdl will approve the change in name and issue a revised PAN?

First name has to be changed in charity office,
Name change procedure is very time consuming and costly,the process is different in different states,,
The nsdl will approve the change in name and issue a revised PAN
It is better to form a new trust.
