please advice what are the charges for filling of annual agm return of pvt ltd co. and who prepares the return and please tell is it is prepared by registrar
please advice it is urgent
In is to be signed by 2 Directors and Company Secretary of the Company.
In case of Listed Companies, it is to be certified by Practicing Company Secretary as well.
Form 20B is to be filed for filing Annual Return of the company. The fee is Rs. 500.
Annual Return is prepared by Company itself and not by registrar. In your case of Pvt. Company, It should be signed by two directors and Company Secretary of the Company
Annual Return should be filled in e-Form - 20B, which should be filled by the Company withing 60days of Date of AGM.
ROC Filling Fees of the e-Form is based on Authorised Capital of the Company.
For Example, If company has Rs. 100000/- Authorised Capital, i.e. minimum authorised capital for PVT. CO., then, ROC Filling Fees of e-Form 20B will be Rs. 200/-.
To get ROC Filling Fees for e-Form - 20B, tell me your Authorised Capital of the Company, if its other than Rs. 1,00,000/-.

authorised capital is i crore but company working of purchase sale has not been started
As u said your Authorised Capital is of Rs. 1 crores, then, the ROC Filling Fees of e-Form - 20B will be Rs. 500/- if u filled it within time.
