21 January 2013 For modification of charge form 8 is to be filed within 30days of the date of modification.

21 January 2013 Form 13 has been abolished long back... now only form 8 is to be filed at the time of creating and modification as well withing 30 days from the date of creation or modification of charge.

Form 17 is to be filed for satisfaction of charge within 30 days from the date of satisfaction in full of charge.
