At what rate and value VAT shall be charged on printing job work if paper is supplied by the client.

In a printing job work,although your client supplies paper you will be consuming printing ink and other materials.Your charges will be less.In this work you have to estimate the value of inks and other materials(at purchase+
profit)for charging vat.The balance amount of sales is to be treated as labour and exempt.VAT chargeable on the value of materials consumed is 4% in Karnataka.Pl check up in your State for correct rate.
