Dear Experts,
This is very urgent, Plz help me on below mentioned question
I have incorporated the New Private Limited Company, with Minimum Share Capital of
Rs.1,00,000 for Rs. 10/- Face Value, Now the Company wants to increase the Face Value of Each share to Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand)
Plz let me know the procedure I am suppose to follow.
