I have changed the registered office of the company and filed e form 18 with MCA. but the date entered in the for is 7th Aug and actual date of change is 1st june. Now i want to rfile the form 18 with the date 1st june. can i do so? if yes then please give me the procedure for the same and give format of letter if it is required to communicate with ROC.

File form 18 again and along with all relevant attachment attach a letter stating that it was a clerical mistake and to rectify this form 18 has been filed.
