Dear All
please tell me the process of changing the main object cluase of the company where company is a private limited company and most of the shares are held by foreign company and foreign nationals if EGM need to convene the concept and form of shorter notice is also needed
please tell me the process of changing the main object cluase of the company where company is a private limited company and most of the shares are held by foreign company and foreign nationals if EGM need to convene the concept and form of shorter notice is also needed

Since it is a private limited company, postal ballot is not required.
Steps:
1) Board Meeting for considering the same and fixing EGM, finalising Notice of EGM etc
2) Hold EGM and pass the special Resolution
3) File Form 23 and the new MOA
Form of Shorter Notice is Form 22A.
