we want to change name of director and share holdre detils in moa & aoa.pls tell procedure to change it .will we have to intimate in roc or not. and can we remove subsciber/promoter name and their share capital from aoa and moa

Not possible to change directors name / subscription sheet of the MOA and AOA.

First directors name can not be seperated MOA & AOA. You can add copy of DIR -12 in the MOA .
