Can new appointed Director name be entered in Articles of Association?
What is th procedure and which are the resolutions and forms shall be filed for it?
Can promotor of the company be changed after new allotement of shares to new shareholders?

11 January 2013 Directors name does not figure in AOA or MOA.
pass necessary board resolution for appointment, take his consent and file form 32 with the ROC within 30 days of his appointment.

The new director appointed can not be entered in AOA, because, the first director is named in the AOA of the company. The new name will be inserted at the time of adoption of new AOA on conversion of company in public or private. In other case it is not possible.

Yes, promoters can be changes in future. But the name given in subccriber page of MOA can not be change during the life of the company. This page can not be changed after new allotment od shares to new shareholders. Because it is an Incorporation document.
