14 November 2012 a company which was private limited company, later converted into public limited company and then change its name and started new business. Will certificate of commencement is required to get loan from bank

In case of private limited company converted into public limited company is not required to get Certificate of Commencement of Business, because it has already commence its business when it was private limited.

Not need to get COB for converted public limited company.
