If Company's Production is not yet started. But, for the Business Company has incurred some travelling expenses. So, whether Company can claim service tax paid on such expenses even if production is not yet started?

Yes You Can Avail CENVAT Credit of Same, and Accumulation After That Adjust With Output Liability after Production Starting.
