i just want to know why the service providers need to declare abt taking of credit on the invoices issued by them

In my opinion there is no need to mentioned that the service provider will take benefit of credit.

The requirement of givingg declaration in the invoice rqised by Goods Transport Agencey to the effect that they have not availed cenvat on inputs and capital goods has been done away with wef 01.03.08
