01 March 2014 Whether CENVAT credit on stores and spares consumed (considered as revenue expenditure) can be avail 100% in the current year or 50% in current year and 50% in next year?

01 March 2014 On capital goods you can take the cenvat credit in two parts and SSI unit can avail the cenvat credit on capital goods complete in 1 year.
