WHETHER A COMPANY PROVIDING MINING SERVICE CAN CLAIM CENVAT CREDIT FOR THE SERVICE TAX PAID ON PURCHASE OF OFFICE?

as per mah knowledge... no you cant claim...
input is avaiable only for the services related to mining, like vehicles,spares of mining vehicles...
we are doing that only as we are also a mining company
