Factory building or like structure are not capital goods for Cenvat Purpose. Hence, Credit for excise duty not available.

shell i get any favourable/against case law's on cenvat ceredit availability on steel and cement. Because we are one of cement manufacturars, recently we started expansion.So we are interested in this subject matter.
