We are engaged in beauty treatment (skin clinic) business and having service tax no. Can we take cenvat credit of telephone bill, advertisement exps, and bank/credit card charges.

yES YOU CAN TAKE CREDIT OF ALL SERVICE TAX PAID ON EXPENSES INCURRED PROVIDED IT IS RELATED TO BUSINESS . SERVICE TAX PAID ON PERSONAL OR RESIDENTIAL EXPENSES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR CREDIT.
