03 March 2010 our company send some material to job work
for processing & in that process some chemicals are used we purchase it & direcetly send to job worker form supplier.in that case when we applicable to take cenvat credit on invoice of chemicals & which document prepared in that case to send the material to job worker .pls reply us ?

03 March 2010 Cenvat credit on input and capital goods are allowed which are sent ot job worker .
Cenvat can be taken on input and capital goods as they are received in factory

Provided they are removed to jobworker
under prescibe challan

And also received back from jobworker within 180 days from the day they are sent to jobworker.

If goods are directly sold from the premises of jobworker then Prior permission is needed of Juridictional Ass./ Dpty Comm.
Such permission will be valid for 1 Year .
