thanks for ur reply.
Pl.let me know that as an SSI unit, Is the exemption limit from getting registration is 1.5 Crore? Is the labour charge received will be included in turnover for getting registration under Central Excise?
Turnover of my client who is leather bag manufacturer is 98 lacs as on 12/10/09.
