09 June 2014 Dear Experts, Pl. give details of Non Tariff Notification for SEZ Bond & CT-3 . We Supply the material under SEZ & When i try to file the ER-1 from ACES site then it gives me message "pl. enter Non Tariff Notification". Awaiting your reply, Thanks in advance. D. Ramesh

16 June 2014 This Notification No. 42/2001 CE(NT) is for export of Goods to other Country without payment of duty, SEZ & CT-3 Party is in our Country, It may be change or not in Notification No. Please advice me.
