Please help me how to prepare cashflow statement.

Read AS3 to understand the concept and then examine a cash flow statement from the annual report of some company, examine it critically. The interpretation and concept of classification of activities as Operating, Financing AND Investing should be clear. Afterwards you should know cash and non cash transactions and summarise these as ur INFLOWS and OUTFLOWS. The statement explaining the Inflows and Outflows and the net of the two is ur Cash Flow Statement.
