wht is the treatment of bad debts in cash flow statement under indirect method...help me

Under indirect method , bad debts will be added back to profit and loss figure.

i think so sir......i m a tutor of accountancy upto graduation, but other tutors/ teacher don't add it back .......... wht is d reason.............i think mostly accountancy teacher r ratta fictor (crammer)........... they ignore it.
