19 April 2010 Generally most of the Engineering companies covered under the Projects systems i.e quoting for tender, bidding, once the sucessful bidding the work for project and excution of project.so In a Tender bidding stage they want always once engineer and costing knowledge person if you are having both qualification you have good scope and after got the project also the project budgeting, costing, monitoring is engieer always required along with the Cost accoutant so you are having both qualification is good. and other type of manufactring industries also need costing knowledge based Engineer for costing and pricing of products
