20 January 2015 Dear Sir !I had passed ICWAI-Inter in June 1992. but due to some reasons i couldnot complete the course(FINAL). Now, I want to know that can i start my own Accounting & Taxation services ? Any certificate is required for doing this work. pls advice me....
