while i carring the audit of chemical company.comapany has purchased various equipment just like biquer etc for their testing lab of chemical whether this small equipment can be capitalised or not
and also equipment has very small value
and also equipment has very small value

capital goods of value less than 5000 should not be capitalized but passed through P/L account.
