THE ASSESSEE HAS SOLD RURAL AGRICULTURAL LAND DURING THE YEAR FOR RS.1.00 CRORE. THE POPULATION OF THE VILLAGE IS LESS THAN 10,OOO & THE VILLAGE IS SITUATED 8 KMS AWAY FROM THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS.
