22 May 2016 During financial year 2015-16 I sold a agriculture land which satisfy all the criteria of rural agri land for about 70 lacs.I purchased this land only for about 6 lacs 9 years back.I had purchased another big land for about 80 lacs immediately after selling this land.putting ,10 lacs from my savings I do not have any capital gain,my quarry is Can I file ITR ! >I am a pensioner. .THANKS
