Capital gain ac

Is there any particular time bound to open a capital gain ac, I mean after selling the Property ,with in how many months we need to open a Capital Gain Ac.

before the return filing due date of a particular year you have to deposit the amount in capital gain a/c
for example
you sell property today 15.4.2014
then you have to deposit the amount before dt. 31.7.2015

We sell the property in Aug-2013, hence as per your advise we can open the ac till 31.07.2014. is it correct
