whether there is option of charging LTCG on sale of house property by 10% tax without indexation in case of indvidual/Hsg Soc?

Yes it is only available in case of LTCG on shares or other securities

LTCG From transfer of shares and securities of listed companies are exempt from tax if such transfer covered under STT.
