Sir,
My client is Pvt ltd has purchased land on 07/11/2009 for Rs 487500 and sold on 22/11/2012 for Rs 800000 and also purchased another land for Rs 1918110 on 28/11/2012.
My Query is whether exemption can be claimed?? If Yes under which section?? Land is in urban..
