Dear Experts,
i am investing most of my funds in lands or plots. not in flat or house. purchase and after 3 to 10 year sell them. then again purchase. whats the key thing i noted to save capital gain. please reply soon.

Being a repeated trade, gain has to be assessed under the head 'income from business' and not under 'capital gains.
