18 July 2012 ONE OF OUR CLIENT IS SELLING HIS HOUSE PROPERTY WHICH WAS ACQUIRED ON F.Y.-1994-95 AND THE POSSESSION WAS RECEIVED IN THE SAID YEAR ITSELF. BUT THE REGISTRATION OF FLAT WAS ONLY DONE IN THE F.Y-2000-01. NOW WHILE COMPUTING LTCG COST OF ACQUISITION SHOULD BE TAKEN FROM WHICH F.Y. ALSO WHAT IS THE INDEXATION OF THE CURRENT F.Y.
