Dear sir
Tell me about rules regading for claiming of cenvat by contractor on steel & cement as per leatest amendment.
And also clear the service tax will be paid only labour charge or labour + mat ( steel & cement)
What ST rate will be paid 4.12 % , 10.30% in above case.
