What is procedure for cancellation of registration under commercial vat - rajasthan?

Mr Author,
The normal procedure in all states is submit to the registering authority an application form on plain paperinforming him of the closure of business requesting for cancellation of registration.You also have to surrender all the statutory forms received from the department(CST &VAT both)along with original RCs.Some staff from the office of VAT officer may visit the shop for confirmation.Further ,you also have to file all returns upto date,with payment of tax.
