Cancellation of Registratio u/s 12AA(1)(b)(ii)

23 November 2009 We are running Charitable Trust since 1997.
We have applied for the registration u/s 12AA with the Commissioner of IT in the Year 2008. The Commissioner has issued an order of cancellation of registration. what would be consequency of cancellation and can we appeal against this order or kindly suggest any emicable solution.

24 November 2009 1. before passing order of cancellation commissioner shall give reasonable opportunity of being heard to party concerned.
2. order refusing to register shall be pass in writing & sent one copy to applicant.

3. consequence
you can not take benefit of section 11 and 12

4. you can appeal u/s 253 to appellate tribunal against order passed by the commissioner under section 12AA (order refusing to register the trust)
