Cancellation of pan card

I want to know the procedure for cancellation of PAN card in case of death of a person and in case of the dissolution of a private limited company.

as far in mah knowledge, cancellation of pan card is not necessary..There is no set rules prescribed for this, stil if u wanna cancel , u can write in a application and attach the death certificate with that and send it to the department for cancellation
