Can we decrease our godown space ?

We have a 12500 sq. ft. godown with C & F basis. Now we realised that the godown space much more that we required. Can we decrease our godown space without surrendering the current RC? how?

Yes you can decreas your godown space without surrendering the current RC. You need to submit the revised drawing. Only condition is that the entrance and exit should be within your revised area only
