Dear Sir,
Our firm Pvt.Ltd Co., Our MD using Vehicle and its serviced by Authorized Service Station. They give ST invoice in the name of firm. Can we avail Cenvat credit for this?

Service of general insurance business, servicing, repair and maintenance, in so far as they relate to a motor vehicle which is not a capital goods will not be eligible for cenvat credit.
