Can pvt ltd company file itr offline

03 August 2011 a pvt ltd company incorporated in 2010. till now no any work done by company. company have no bank account.
so i want to ask a question that can company file the ITR offline because not have bank account? if yes please tell me procedure. is the comapany liable to audit under income tax, what is the last date to file the ITR.

03 August 2011 Income tax return in paper format is not permitted for corporate assessee's. Audit under companies act,1956 is mandatory. Cut off date of filing IT return is 30th Sept.
